I normaly do 30-40 min cardio every day plus 30 min weight lifting
When my cardio is the stationary bike, I get about 25 kilometers
This sunday there is a race in my town, its 50 kilometers. I am not going for a win here, I just want to get to the finish line.
I have never actually done the real biking outdoors, only on a stationary bike
My question is: is it more difficult on a real bycicle?
