For some reason on sparkpeople my goal is to burn 3000 calories per week. I think I set that up over the summer when I was biking, swimming and hiking like a maniac.
Well, I hit it this week. 3000 calories with 475 minutes of exercise.
Just walking, yoga and a short hike on Sunday.
I thought there was no way I could meet it but I did. And I'm going to keep doing it, too, since I feel great!
