Whiplash.... exercise help needed

  • I was in a car crash on Thursday 11th November, and am now suffering with quite bad whiplash. I was getting into my exercise routine, but now this has gone out of the window and have been told it will take 6-8 weeks to completely sort itself out. Does anyone know any gentle exercises I can do that will help me lose weight, and tone up without putting any unnecessary strain on my upper body.
