Tips for running relaxed?
I'm starting a running program and trying to increase my distance. Only problem is whenever I go for long distances my shoulders and neck end up really sore the next day. It was suggested that I'm tensing up while I run so I was wondering if anyone had any tips for staying relaxed? Unfortunately I'm not finding it to be as easy as it sounds!!!
