I can't discuss it with anyone IRL, because once people know, they will grill be about sticking to it, and I don't need that. But, The first day, i made it 8 minutes, the next day, 10 minutes and today, 15 minutes!! I'm so excited and proud of myself!
YAHOO!!! Every time you use it it will get easier, I promise! When I first started using a elliptical I could only do about 5-6 minutes before I was DYYYYYYYYING. And now? I usually do 45-60 min at level 10, and do weight training after! You'll find a rhythm! GOOD for you for sticking with it!!!

thanks for the encouragement! I only went 5 minutes today, but thats because I spent the other 15mins doing leg presses on the machine thing, and lifting some 6lb dumbells. Im trying to start slow on the weights, lol!
