Default Big Belly Bounce

No - Its not the newest dance craze!!!

When I do my water aerobics, my big belly bounces with every hop, skip and jump.

Does anybody else have this problem?
What do you do about it?
Is this causing damage to the underlying structures? (i.e., will I cause more excess skin problems down the road)

I don't like it either.

So far I wear moving comfort compression shorts.

I suppose for water aerobic you might want an aquatard?

A.

I had the same problem, even though I was wearing a swimsuit that had bike-type shorts. I think the water helps keep your belly buoyant so that it wouldn't cause as much damage as it would out of the water, if you know what I mean.

Tight nylon underwear seem to help this problem, or weight lifting tights. If you can't find them in your size, (once upon a time I was 361 and I couldn't find them in my size) Try a swimsuit underneath your clothing. That worked for me

Yeah, I would wear something more supportive. I doubt it will damage tissues, as flopping about in the water is pretty low impact, but if it makes you uncomfortable, wear support.

My motto is to keep shaking it until it stops rattling.
