I did a pilates workout only once before that focused on the lower part of the body, and man did it ever kill me! I want to get into making pilates a routine, but I was just wondering if any of you know of some pilates DVDs or workouts that you would recommend.
Hi Lindsay! I bought the Mari Winsor Slimming pilates from those infomercials on tv... it come with multiple workouts which are all around 20-30 minutes and the weighted bar with resistance cord. I LOVE it! Everytime I do one of them, it doesn't matter which workout, my abs kill me the next day!
Crunch - Super SlimDown: Pilates Yoga Blend is a great DVD I was doing it 5 times a week for a month and I lost 12lbs! It's very easy to follow and has someone showing you how to do the easier versions of certain moves. I love it! and highly recommend!
