ok, if you've been reading my threads, you know my challenge is my legs.
what are your suggestions on body fat loss? losing from anywhere, but it comes off my arms without trying. so the emphasis is on my legs.
how much cardio? how much resistance training? the emphasis is on the exercise end. i think i'll have good results with 20-25% of cals from fat. lots of carbs. prob. 20-25% protein. i'm open to increasing that. i've been avoiding oil. trying to limit it to fat naturally in food like almonds. lots of lean protein, beans greens, complex carbs.
