  • I finally got my jogging route up to 3 miles. I started off a few months ago jogging about a quarter mile and walking another three quarters. Now I just need to get my speed up and I'll be ready to run a 5k.
  • Spinning! Always spinning. Or getting outside on a nice flat rails-to-trails path.
  • zumba!!! I love zumba! I'm doing 4 zumba classes this week...and two more next week!
  • ^ second! I love Zumba!
  • I got in a run on the treadmill (which I hate, much rather be outside) and then weight training (which I don't like as much as running and swimming).
  • I am so far from a "morning person," but I have been walking 2 miles every morning before work with the wife.

  • Early morning run...working on getting up to running 5k non-stop. Currently up to 1 to 1 1/2 miles non-stop. Never thought I'd be saying this, but I am really loving RUNNING! lol!
  • Got my best time ever on a 5K competition!!!
  • cardio pole dancing or cross fit
