Okay so I've been following the girl of Bodyrock.tv for a good while now. Maybe a year or at least since earlier this year. Not for sure. Anyways, I have tried some of her routines and they're definitely tougher than they look. I've never really dedicated myself to one of her routines, but I've decided to do that now since I'm feeling motivated to get into working out again. I'm just curious if anyone here is familiar with her routines and if they've worked for you. Have you tried any of her diet? I like how she is mindful of people who are beginners and/or may have physical issues.
