Smoothing out the curves with weight training?

I am wondering if anyone has a good strength training/weight training regimen that I could try out? I am pretty good on cardio and doing really well on my low-carb diet, but I want to start doing more with my muscles to help smooth out my, ahem, bumpy bits. I am starting to really see some curves being really carved out- like my waist, especially on the sides- but I want tighten and tone as I go to avoid weird lumps (or at least as much as I can). Does anyone have a really good workout that they like to use?

I would suggest searching for exercises on google or even bodybuilding.com

I don't know if you have access to a gym or home gym but here is some examples.....

Lower body-squats, lunges, deadlifts, calf raises etc.

Biceps- of course curls-hammer curls, barbell etc.

Shoulders- Shoulder press, shrugs, lateral raise etc.

Triceps-kick backs, over head press etc.

Back-Deadlift also works, barbell rows, seated rows etc.

Abs- If you have an exercise ball I suggest using that. There are so many ab exercises out there. It helps to google search.

Also, make sure that you are adding enough protein in your diet and healthy fats.

Kettlebells are amazing. You should give them a try.

EXRX is a great site for instructions and workouts...
