the firm exercise tapes
 

hi! i am a past traveler to this board. i have been offline for a year or so now. i plan to get back to business on monday. i was just wondering if anyone has the firm video tapes and how they are working for them?? i recently purchased them and plan to use them as my exercise program along with some dog-walking.
i didn't see any thread for exercise tapes. thanks for any info!:^:

hi! me again. oops! being new i didn't realize there were other pages to this forum and discovered that after i posted a new thread. however, i am still interested in any more info on these tapes.

I have been doing the firm tapes for the last10 months. Love to do them.:) Although I have not lose any weight in the last 3months my cloths do fit much better:) My husband and I went out for supper last night and a dress that was small in June fits better.:) I also do cardio on the treadmill.
The tapes that I has are the older ones and I hope to get the new ones that are out. Let me know what you think of them.
Before I forget they can be very hard if you are new.:( If you find that don't give up on they. Kept trying them.

i do know that they are hard. i have tried them here and there and boy was i sore. i guess i have to just stick with them on a regular basis. i ended up walking today instead of starting the tapes. it's hard to do the tapes because i work nites and up late and sleep most of the day. and the neighbors downstairs don't appreciate the thumping late at nite when i'm wide awake and would like to do them. lol!
