Default Is it possible to get slim AND trim without surgery?

Ok... I was just reading through various threads on here... and one was talking about all of the excess skin after weight loss... and I was just thinking... I'm not really at that point where I have SO much obvious weight to lose (I do have a lot of weight to lose... but it's not obvious weight that would cause my skin to be that flappy afterwards), but I know a lot of people, even people in my own family, or friends, have gone through drastic weight loss, even with exercise, and ended up with flappy skin... the "bat wings" and all.

So... I guess my question is... is it possible to "get rid" of that excess skin and tighten yourself up just through exercise? Like... say someone has some excess skin on their arms... but wants to be able to look good in a sleeveless shirt or something... is it possible to tone that up and tighten up that excess skin? Or does excercise just help the muscles grow underneath the skin and then time has to take its course with the rest?

I dunno... just anything... this question is kind of driving me nuts...

I am at my goal weight. I workout. I still have bat wings.
I have accepted it as a fact of my life - lol

It's possible that excess skin won't be an issue for you. If I recall from your other posts, you are pretty young and it's possible that your skin is very elastic and would snap back without being baggy.

It's hard to know.

Yeah... I myself am not overly worried about it... I'm mainly just curious... I tend to get curious about a ton of things that have no basis with myself at all.
