I also started C25K last week
My "plan" is to train for that MWF and continue weight training at the gym T&R. However, I missed my running day friday so I had to do it yesterday and went to the gym today with my boyfriend because he was in town, lol.
I personally love weight training. I can see a difference in my muscle definition and can't wait until the running/dieting takes the pounds off to reveal more of that
I like the idea of weekends off because I work weekends and often come home tired anyway.
