Im new to yoga. I tried it back when i started working out but just couldn't mellow out enough to enjoy it. Well, now i really enjoy it & Ive got my eye on a couple but would like some more suggestions.
So far Ive tried:
The Biggest Loser Weightless yoga: Really like this one,its challenging for me and i have yet to master it.
p90x yoga: Definitely more challenging for me than than TBL yoga workout. I don't do it alot.
