I just got all of my cold weather running gear and AI'mready to start running this week. Im excited though people don't under stand why I would want to start running in the middle of January. I get cabin fever badly and I can use that as motivation to get going. I does bum that I can't find my mp3, but whatever. My goal is 20 minutes of continuous motion.
That *is* really impressive! I've been trying to walk more in this crazy cold and yes, people think I'm crazy.
Mini-goal #5, last one? (ala Beck Diet Solution): Lose 5 pounds AGAIN. Start date: August 19,2015 (last time took 30 days)
HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE: Just stick to IP (Started 4/29) until Oct 31, or 25 pounds lost, whichever comes first. Start exercising!!!
