Favourite inspirational books
What are your favourite inspirational books for exercise?
I am currently reading "finding ultra" by Rich Roll. About a former athlete who finds himself fat and unfit on the couch, and sets out to compete in Ultraman!
I also really enjoyed "eat and run" by Scott Jurek, a famous ultra runner who is also a vegan (like me). It has lots of running information and some seriously good recipes too. Scott seems like a great man, camping out at the finish to congratulate the tail end runners as they finished!
