I first did the workout a few weeks ago without the bands and last night I did the workout with the bands. It was hard, it burned, but it felt good. I actually can't wait to do it again.
I think the reason why I enjoyed it was that I went my own pace. During the ab exercises I couldn't quite do everything at their level, so I did my own modified version and felt just as good. I can't wait to work up to their level and be able to do all that too!
I guess it's a whole change of attitude. I know that exercise is something that I have to do and I want to enjoy it. So I'm in the first steps.
Just wanted to share
