Default Best Exercise/Fitness Book

What is a really good exercise or fitness book that you have read? And why did you find it to be helpful.

I love reading books in order to gain information.

I like the workouts in New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women. Other than that I haven't really read many other workout books.

Yep, I like, New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women also... I also have the Clean Eating Redefined book by Tosca Reno for a good food plan...
I read a LOT of books/magazine for motivation. Among the magazines I like Oxygen, Women's Fitness, Fitness, Shape...
