Any Bodybugg users out there??

Is it worth the money? Is it a gimmick? I find it hard to believe that the calories burned are accurate.

I've been using GoWearFit (they're both at bodymedia.com now) for exactly one month and I LOVE it. I've lost 11 pounds, which is slightly more than the numbers say I should have lost - but close. And I'm not complaining. :)

It has been very useful to me to see just how much my daily routine varies. I knew it varied a lot - I just didn't realize how much.

It has also been very useful for me to monitor my sleep. I've found that I feel best if I can get at least 7.5 hours a night. Great at 8. Not so great at 7. 6 is gruesome.

I am sure other more experienced folks will chime in . . . just wanted to give my two cents.

I have a Bodybugg and this is my 6th wk using it. It's a tool, meaning you get out of it what you put into it.

For me, it has been useful to reach daily goals..and all of that is adding up for noticeable results.

I generally had no idea how much food I needed or how much exercise I needed but it's been keeping me on track. For those people who need to see results (like the little reward at the end of every day showing you that you've reached your goal for steps, calories, protein intake, or activity) it would be beneficial.

I've lost 15lb in 5 wks and I haven't been able to do that in years. And my BB says I should have lost 14.5 so it's pretty accurate for me.

tiffany - There's an on-going thread about this if you wanna read what people have to say about the BB. Here's the link: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/gene...ether-2-a.html
