Default Changing workout?

Hi all! I've been trying to lose weight, and despite my best diet and workout efforts... I've been at the same weight for weeks. I've checked my diet and nothing's changed in terms of calorie intake. So I figure it must be my body getting used to my exercise routine. What do you guys think?

Any suggestions on how I can change my routine?

I do about 45 mins of gym work a day, 6 days a week. (35 mins cardio- either elliptical/treadmill/bike - rotate, 10 mins weights/strength). Then 20 mins of walking to work.

Thanks!

I would increase the weights in your weight training session along with changing the workout itself ie: differents exercises, core work.... I would increase the intensity with your cardio do HIIT, intervals, etc... Just change things up, go rock climbing instead of weight training one day, bike or walk/jog outside instead of the treadmill... And last but not least make sure ou work HARD and INTENTLY...

Hope this helps keep, us posted on your progress

Change is always good. I've been doing an elliptical workout on the new machine we bought for home, and have cut out anything else because "at home" is just so CONVENIENT. But I've noticed my formerly intense workouts aren't quite as intense anymore. So starting tomorrow, at least a couple of days a week, I'm gonna hop on the treadmill I HATE so MUCH at the place I go lift weights...just for some variety...
