Well, look who showed up Don't be pissed, use your frustration to your advantage. Eating healthy and exercising is the key anyways to proper weight loss. So join us here and at Sparks, and we will see how far we can take it.

Last night:
I walked 2 miles with the new neighbor while Jess helped get the carpet put down in 3 rooms. It was cool.

Hi GALS ~ I'm back in action....although I have ice on my...anyway...Angie and I got down to the beach for a little over 2 mile walk with the mutts. We intended to go 3 miles or more but I guess I wasn't quite ready for that...ouch!

Had a great afternoon to do it in...saw a cute little 3 month golden retriever my girls just fell in love with...all 3 of them!

We enjoyed a nice lunch across from the water at a Mexican joint we like...carne asada burrito for me....will burn those calories next time out!

You are all doing great....thanks for the wishes and concerns while I was recovering!

42/50 MILES

I didnt feel like working out , it was like around 9pm, and instead just wanted to eat hehe. and felt like i had no energy. but i forced myself and told myself to just get change and put on my workout clothes and said, i will just push through it and just get the workout done! and funny enough during my workout, i got all this energy and did it! weird isnt it. so even though i just wanted to eat and relax and watch tv i thought no, i need to workout, so i did. and im so glad i did cause i feel so much better and feel all the better for it! and i cant believe where all the energy came from to do the workout, cause jump training is the hardest workout i do.

You have a BIG head start this week, but I will play thru the week, but on next Monday, the real games begin lol

Since you seem to have given me the extra motivation that I sorely need, I just rode another 30 min on my bike watching BL
