Today I did.
1. 55 minutes of Jillian Michaels : no more trouble zone dvd
(boy was i sweating! she takes no breaks, i have to pause the dvd though!).
then I did 29 minutes of the biggest loser cardio max dvd. i wanted to workout for 2 hours , but after 1 and half hours, my tummy started growling and i was feeling tired and hungry. so i thought its not worth it. as your body needs fuel to workout, and if your working out and your hungry your body will only start to metabolism lean muscle! which i dont want.
Total: 6 days: 454 minutes (7.6 hours) (32%) done /
1440 minutes (goal)
