My 1st week
This was my workout schedule for the first week (this week).
Sunday, walk 20ish minutes (with stretching and hand weights) Monday, walk 20ish minutes (same as above) Tuesday, rested-I had class Wednesday, walked 1 mile with Leslie Sansone (hand weights) Thursday, walked 1 mile with Leslie Sansone (hand weights) Friday (today), will walk 1 mile with Leslie Sansone (hand weights) Saturday (tomorrow), will probably walk around 2 miles with Leslie Sansone (hand weights) Sunday, will probably do the same as Saturday. Do you think I need more than one day of rest? So far, it's not getting old. Do you think it will get old for me to exercise every day of the week except for Tuesday? |
i only take one day off too with working out. ive been doing a routine of 15 mins on the elipitcal and 30 mins on the treadmill with hand weights for maybe 5 minutes of it throughout
i think its a good thing but thats just me .haha i want to eventually be able to run instead of just walk |
