I did 1 rep on my weight training machines for 2 weeks as suggested by the guy who made my work out schedule. Today I started 2 reps and WOW. It was crazy. I could barley finish!!! It felt great when I was done though, and I did all of it. What is the max amount of reps you should do? Like one day will I be doing 10 reps of 12??
My other question, is when I first started working out almost about 2 weeks ago, I was able to be on the treadmill for 45 minutes and be fine. I am at the same speed now but can barley make it to 30 minutes!! I really want to do 45 minutes of cardio. I am just not sure whats going on! Any advice would be great
