I just started doing hot yoga (today was my 2nd day) it's not Bikrams, but similar - yoga poses done in a hot room essentially. It's a 45 minute lunch hour class. The weird thing is I find that I don't sweat that much...people around me are dripping sweat onto the floor and I'm barely damp. It takes me almost half the class to start sweating at all, and then I do sweat, but not dripping like some.
Is this normal?
