Default My 1st week

This was my workout schedule for the first week (this week).

Sunday, walk 20ish minutes (with stretching and hand weights)
Monday, walk 20ish minutes (same as above)
Tuesday, rested-I had class
Wednesday, walked 1 mile with Leslie Sansone (hand weights)
Thursday, walked 1 mile with Leslie Sansone (hand weights)
Friday (today), will walk 1 mile with Leslie Sansone (hand weights)
Saturday (tomorrow), will probably walk around 2 miles with Leslie Sansone (hand weights)
Sunday, will probably do the same as Saturday.

Do you think I need more than one day of rest? So far, it's not getting old. Do you think it will get old for me to exercise every day of the week except for Tuesday?

i think its a good thing but thats just me .haha i want to eventually be able to run instead of just walk

If you aren't tired one day of rest is good, your program is a good beginners program. The only thing that will get old, after doing your workout for about 4 weeks, will be the boredom and your body will get used to doing the same exercise and your progress with stall. You may need to do different workout videos, go outside for your walks, intensify your walks by doing hills, using heavier weights... The sky's the limit really, just have fun with it...
