IgetFIt - I also want to be on Jillian's team!! I just asked the question -which of the two teams is Jillian's team and if we can request to be on that team hehe.

I have a question.

I want to change my routine but I want to know does it seem like it will be enough.

Those DVDs I received, I want to utilize them. Most have cardio w/ hand weights and they are 20 minute sessions. If I do 4 of them a day for 5 days a week still adding in full body weight training for 3 days..is it enough? :|

Yes it's enough, but to break it why don't you take a walk? Just get outside and enjoy the summer. BTW great job on the workout's!

I don't get out walking or much of anything else because I have some slight issues with being in public. I was diagnosed with mild agoraphobia a couple years ago so

Mmmm yes that does make it hard, maybe taking your husband with you, might make you feel safer. When I was heavier I hated being seen in public I was so self-aware of being overweight but I'm over that now, because I took the steps to lose the weight to feel at ease in my own skin. We all have our issues but it's the courage to face them head on that makes us stronger and in the end better people because our hearts grow and we become more compassionate toward ours.

Oh yes that's what I meant, thanks. Writing down what I will eat or have eaten helps me stay on track. I love the ice cream a wee bit too much!

Awesome on the workouts Missy, I hope your shin is better. I saw your transformation photo's and all I have to say is you are fantastic and you looked beautiful then and now you look stunning! I now you can get there.

I just finished my 2nd 45 minute session of exercise. I am a little bit tried today but I am pushing through. I can see the mountain top and I aim to get there by 1/1!
