bike riding today, swimming tommorow....

  • I am making it my new quest to walk after lunch daily even if only for 5-10 minutes, bike ride at least 30 mins a week and swim 30 mins a week (even if I can only do this for 5 or 10 min intervals)

    I have to lose about 120 lbs and I woke up knowing that the time is now.

    I am always ready to welcome anyone in the Chicago area who wants a exercise/deit buddy.

    Also, was curious if anyone has any good ideas to tone up without going to the gym. I know there were some with of all things canned veggies as weights but was wondering if there were any suggestions from my fav group of people!
