I didn't have my GPS but I'm going to guess I ran 16 miles while I was away in Cuba. I did 4 runs, and on the last one I accidentally got my new shoes tagged by a rogue wave. They're dry enough to run today though.
Angie and I got the mutts out for a brisk one after church today.
Thanks to all of you that have joined the KISS THE BLARNEY STONE 5K....your support goes a long way in helping the "beginners"...it gives them hope when they hear your stories of success!
I'm keeping my mileage low to baby the knee. I probably shouldn't have done the 13.1 mile run at all, but oh well. I'm stubborn that way. It seems ok as long as I stay around 5 - 6 miles per run.
