I'm quite an experienced gym bunny, and like to work out a lot. However, because of the New Year and cheap gym equipment everywhere, I bought a new exercise bike and crosstrainer for my flat, so I would have no excuses to work out.
However, I'm struggling with both of them.
Firstly, I'm finding the bike really uncomfortable, and my bum hurts after just ten minutes sitting on it.
And the crosstrainer - I get completely puffed out after just two minutes! I can usually do 40 minutes without getting tired out on a crosstrainer!
So is it the new equipment - just slightly different movements, something I'll notice less and less as I persevere - or have I gotten really unfit in the past...two days?
