Until I injured my leg, I was learning to love running--hopefully will be back at it next week!

Now that I've knocked out the intimidation factor, I'm really enjoying weightlifting and learning proper technique for using free weights
My two favs have to be running and step-aerobics.
I also like most cardio machines in the gym except the bike bores me for some reason, and I like strength training and swimming.
Trying my first Fitball class today and hoping that that is going to be a new love.
