2.5 on the bike today - was planning on more during DS's swim lesson but my other DS pulled the fire alarm and well...let's just say I didn't get back to work out after that. How embarassing!

I was able to get some miles in around the apartment complex we are staying in and a couple today in the rain....dogs sure smell now.

I took the dogs for 3 miles after church while Angie did yoga.

52/50 MILES....see! if you set your goals low...you can achieve them!...I will be out of town most of the week. Keep up the great work ladies!

Slowly recovering and hoping February is much much better!

5 miles on the TM today and 10 miles on the bike. Trying to make up for lost time but still going to be short this month. Oh well, it'll be alright!

Determined not to feel sorry for myself. My hamstring is not going to allow proper training for the Boston Marathon. I'm speedwalking now until I can run again. Gotta add it up and update my ticker.

6.53 today 20 minute warmup 30 second running/1:30 walking intervals. This sucks.

183.4/200 - I thought I would be done by now and now it will be VERY close.

8.85 today, 20 min warmup 45 second run intervals with 1:45 walk recovery.

I was able to do 2 a day after work out of town then did 3 with the mutts this morning and 2 on the treadmill.
