Hi everyone! Just wanted to send out an encouraging post to tell you to keep up with it! I have been doing the 30 day shred since Nov. 2008. I have lost 75 lbs. and tons of inches. So believe me it works! I just cut down on my snacking and carbs. I also walk when I get the chance. Good luck, can't wait to see the results!
Completed Level 1 Day 4 this evening and am noticing a pronounced improvement in myself!! I'm going to weigh and measure myself this weekend so that I can gauge my progress.
Level 1 Day 6 down!! I'm also incorporating the Yoga Booty Ballet for an additional workout / cardio. I'm tempted to skip to Level 2 but figure if I am going to do this I might as well finish the 10 days before moving ahead.
Hello ladies I know that it's kind-of late in the game to join in, but I'd like to start back up again & then have a good headstart for the Feb thread.
Sorry to report that, no, I did not get in my exercise today (just walks with the dog) - went shopping this morning & hubby came home for lunch which disrupted the rest of my afternoon (I know, excuses excuses, I could be exercising right now if I really wanted to, but guess what??...I'm just too tired)
... will definitely get in exercises in the afternoon after son returns to school from lunch hour!
I was feeling bored with Level 1 after completing Day 7 so I tried the Level 2 tonight-----definitely more of a challenge. All of the plank movements are pretty tough so I'm looking forward to this.
I admit I even silently cursed Jillian a couple of times during the workout!
