Hi and I'm sorry I haven't seen this 'til now, I am now a big fan of Cathe! I have a couple of her DVD's and she is tough, but that is the challenge isn't it. She is in marvelous shape, so fit and trim and muscular. I still have to improvise some of her steps, but I stick to it for the length of the session. I like to do the ones that mix cardio with strength.
