1. Minna Optimizer Strength and Grace great ab work-out!!
45 mintues long. combinations of pilates and yoga. beginer, intermediate
2. Denise Austin Kick boxing
2 20 minute workouts
workout # 1: begginer and intermediate ****
work-out #2 Denise has combined kick boxing with push ups and yoga. intermediate advanced. I found this work-out quiet difficult ***
3. Minna Optimizer Fat emliminator begginer great for the abs! Minna combines Strength and Crdio in the first 30 mintues. then in a seperate work-out- 15 minutes she did a fat blaster work-out whcich was awesome *****
4.Paula Abdul Get Up And Dance. intermediat3e, and and advanced It was hard the first couple of times but then it got easier- but not too easy!!. in the cool down you do over 200 crunches/ab related stuff!! ***** ( bonus learn the YMCA dance & watch paula turn real red )
5. Kathy smith Shaper Ball. Begginer, intermediate, advanced. 30 minutes- you need a ball ( obvciously!) it's really fun- my sister- who hates working out loved it!!
6. Oxysise. BORING thats the only word that describes it. *
