This has probably already been addressed, but,....
I am sick of it getting dark by 5:45. I get home at 6 and its already dark. I was walking after work but not at night in my neighborhood !
So I have been doing the WII FIT this week about a half hour.
Am I kidding myself?
Is any movement better than none?
I used to walk at lunch but with my work load I haven't even had time for that..totally out of the mood now.
I don't know, I am sad.
binging today and no exercise except WII....blah
