As I posted on another thread, I had a car accident which left me with my legz broken. Now, I can't walk or stand for long periods of time. Any advice on good training methods for me ? Thnx in advance, I love you all!
Can you get your legs wet? If so, swim, swim, swim. They have floaty things that you can put between your legs so you don't have to kick them at all and it is a tremendous workout. You could end up with some fabulous arms & shoulders!
