Stationary Biking

I recently bought an exercise bike and am hoping to use it to motivate me to get down those last couple of sizes...believe me my body seems to want to hold on to every last ounce!! I was looking for inspiration/suggestions from anyone who has used one before ..... Thanks in advance.... MauiMamma |
