Default Lifetime Fitness

I have to take a Lifetime Fitness class as a requirement for my degree and I can honestly say that this class has changed me. I love going to the gym and on a normal day I can put in over an hour on the elliptical alone. I find myself wanting to go everyday and that is unusual for me...so I've been know to go for six days straight I have lost 12 pounds by incoorporating exercise into my life. Once this semester is over I plan on taking the next level in the Spring and so forth.
