I go to the gym every day and I try to do an hour of cardio, but I get worn out way too easily and can only do about 45 minutes. I usually warm up on an excersize bike for 15 minutes and then I do the treadmill (powerwalking/jogging) for as long as I can bear. Does anybody else have this dilemma? Any tips?
If I had to do an hour of cardio, I'd not be happy either, especially in a gym!
My 2 recommendations would be:
1) Look into doing some weights if you aren't already
2) Look into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for your cardio. We do talk about it a lot here. Here is a link that explains it somewhat although there is tons of information out there: http://bodyforlife.com/exercise/cardiotraining.asp
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
weight training is fantastic. also, you could try something like this http://www.vitacost.com/Sublingual-P...otal-Twin-Pack before your workouts. it can help a little. i take my anytime but i did find it helped a little bit with workouts so i take it before those also.
