I'd like to post here but my exercise at this point is very, very minimal. I haven't exercised in years and I keep hitting the 'wall'. I do remember from years ago though, that it can be broken through and then stand back!
Currently I'm getting in a 20 minute mile on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the elliptical. Sucky I know, but I want to post here to keep me encouranged to get to those higher numbers.

I don't exercise as much as these ladies do, but every little bit helps.
Just keep doing it and we'll encourage each other.
Today I did 1 mile (20 min) on the treadmill and 4 minutes on the elliptical. I can already tell after only a week that the treadmill is getting easier.
Tomorrow I'm going to attempt a little more speed and distance.
I discovered why I didn't have "it" the other day -- I was coming down with a cold! So after several days off (the longest layoff I've had since beginning in mid-August), I got back to the gym today: 45 minutes lower body weights.
