I am wanting to start running again and I am just going to do the C25K program to make sure I don't jump into it too quickly and injure myself (I've done that before, learned my lesson). I am having a hard time finding a good podcast for the program. It is all techno music, and I just CANNOT run to techno music!!!! But I need it to tell me when to run and when to walk. Do any of you know of anything?
