My favorite is by far running. There's nothing like getting out there and pushing myself and working up a great big sweat. And then coming home and having a nice hot shower!
I usually either walk around the neighborhood for 30-45 minutes or ride the exercise bike in my basement for 30 minutes. I actually enjoy the walking more because it's not so monotonous as the bike is.
I have many. I always have loved step aerobics. It works for me. I also love dance moves and am currently adding Core Rhythms to my work out. I love to work with weights, and I have many tapes and dvds of Denise Austin,that I use.
My favorite by far is walking. Then riding my bike and my Leslie Sansone shape & firm dvds with the walk blaster. Also lifting weights...loving my muscle!
