I bound in marichyasana 1 this morning

I've just been doing yoga at home every morning for 3 months, over an hour. I'm the type that does things on her own, reads a ton. I need to get into a class, I'm sure they could correct a lot on me, but I haven't worked that out yet.

But I didn't expect to bind in this for months. It just didn't seem possible. And it just happened. Well, my fingertips brushed last weekend, but this morning I just reached and there it was. I got a little euphoric

LOL, I figure if you do yoga you'll know, if you don't, I dunno how to explain it It's a seated twist, the binding part clasping your hands behind your back, one arm around a bent knee. http://www.yogapilates.co.uk/galleri...chyasana_a.php

LOL, no chin to knee for me, I'm much more like the bottom picture. I can barely do it.
