I love to feel like I have had a GREAT workout. The only thing that really lets me achieve this without gym equipment is running.
I'm looking for an alternate activity but so many things don't even make me sweat (my indicator of a good workout.) I run around a tennis court like mad, I rollerblade for miles and I love it but I hardly break a sweat doing that either. What do you suggest I try?
I am looking for something FUN and hardcore exercise. Is kickboxing a good one? If so, how long does it take until I know enough moves to be able to move fast and get a good cardio experience. Anyone?
