Before the crash, we had started a list of that ONE song we could listen to, over and over again, while exercising. I didnt have time to check them all and now theyre gone
Mine was : Enough is Enough by Barbra Streisand. It starts slow but really picks up in the end
I don't know why, but lately there are some songs that I want to listen to over and over again. I might get tired of them in the near future, but currently, mine are:
Strange Apparition by Beck
19-2000 (Soulchild Remix) by Gorillaz
Dare by Gorillaz
Search and Destroy by Iggy and the Stooges
Here I Come by Fergie (silly! Haha)

When I'm on the treadmill I tend to replay these songs on my ipod:
"Kiss"-Prince (also helps with issues of self-confidence that I have, listening to the lyrics )
"Ready Steady Go"-Paul Oakenfield
"Breaking me Down"-Soil
I know this is more than one song, but here are the songs that I do listen to over and over again (literally--I keep hitting replay when they come on my iPod, sometimes I'm not sure why I bother to put any other songs on it ).
- Love Bites by QED
- remake of One Night in Bangkok by Vinylshakerz
- Don't Stop the Music by Rihanna
I've started a walking workout and really like the tunes that have a strong beat so I can walk to the pace. Perfect ones for my pace are "Chocolate" by Snow Patrol, and "Walkaway" by Kelly Clarkson. I mix in some ska from my college days to really get the pace up, and these are good for slower but longer steps.
Retaliate - Start Trouble - "I'll try to get in shape, lose some weight, it's a way - to retaliate" - Great for those post-break up work outs when your main goal is to make them regret it!
But these days it's more along the lines of..
Hot Girls -INXS
Van Nuys - Sixx AM
Shackles - Mary Mary
Crystal Baller - Third Eye Blind
The only music I wanna hear while I work out is hip-hop/rap (even though my musical tastes are very ecclectic), so my playlist includes:
1. Timbaland "The Way I Are"
2. Rihanna "Umbrella"
3. Tupac "California Love"
4. Flo Rida "Low" AND "Elevator"
5. Mary J. Blige "Work That" AND "Family Affair"
