I think I probably missed some postings, but I've done at least 30 min of cardio a day, as well as some strength training, while I was traveling to be with family. i'm back home now (though I'm leaving on a business trip on Wednesday).

80 min strength training
15 min yoga
55 min elliptical
OK, tons of credit for me...I flew today, I'm exhausted, and I had a long day at work. And when I got back to my hotel, STARVING and cranky, I did an hour of cardio.
