I have been going dancing on weekends to up the amount of times per week I excersize and it seems to be working great, last weekend I was down 3 lbs in one weekend!! Usually during the weekend is when I don't loose anything. It is definately a blast! Thought I would share one of my cardio secrets~
I usually dance both places. I turn on my ipod and dance around like a fool when no ones home for a good hour or two (depending on how I get into it). It's a good time! I also go out with my friends alot! I love to dance out becuase all of them like making fools of themselves on the dance floor right along with me! Its great fun!
