I have it and I love it. You will go back to it time and time again. I think that doing any type of exercise with a balanced diet will work. In other words adding this to your daily workouts will benefit you.
I have turbo jam and love the 20 minute work out. It energizes you for the day! The workouts are fun and full of energy, great music too! However, I personally don't notice much benefits from it. For me, walking is key in terms of losing fat, which is what I need to do.
I have turbo jam I can tell a differnce in how tight my muscles are especially my abs but theres a layer of fat over top of them LOL I like the 20 min and i do the standing abs part twice in a row and my abs always feel it the next morning.I ordered mine off ebay
